PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double reduction gear and a double reduction gear with a motor realized in a high reduction ratio, restricting noise, using a simple structure, at a low cost. SOLUTION: The double reduction gear RG, formed of a traction transmission type single epicyclic roller unit 602 and a gear engagement transmission type rocking internal engagement epicyclic gear unit 502, is connected to a motor unit 503 for unifying. In the single epicyclic roller mechanism 602, a motor shaft 561 is fitted in a hollow sun roller 611 to directly transmit the rotation. One end of an intermediate shaft 511 is integrally formed with a carrier for outputting a revolution component of the epicyclic roller 612, and the other end thereof is used directly as the input shaft of the rocking internal engagement epicyclic gear unit 502.
