PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve oil separation efficiency of a high-pressure coolant gas flowing out to an air-conditioning system. SOLUTION: Recessed slots 40a, a spiral groove 40c or helical grooves 40d are formed on the inside and outside surfaces of a base block 37a of a cyclone block 37 in a discharge chamber 32, so that the area for a misty high-pressure coolant gas including oil to collide with the cyclone block 37 is increased and the oil separation efficiency thereof is enhanced.
