PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall exterior plate fitting device capable of fitting an outer wall exterior plate to an inclined wall surface and a wall under the eaves without manually adjusting a fitting attitude of the outer wall exterior plate on a temporary storage space and without using a special hoisting jig. SOLUTION: This outer wall exterior plate fitting device is provided with a holder base 17 fitted to a tip of a boom 11 of a crane 10 freely to adjust the fitting angle thereof to hold the outer wall exterior plate 12 in the condition that a fitting surface 42 thereof is exposed, holding means 21, 22, 28 and 29 provided on the holder base 17 to hold the outer wall exterior plate 12 on the holder base 17 freely to be removed, adjusting means 18 and 19 provided between the boom 11 and the holder base 17 to adjust the fitting attitude of the outer wall exterior plate 12 in relation to the wall surface 13 by adjusting the fitting angle of the holder base 17 in relation to the boom 11, and a hydraulic unit (a remote control means) 38 for remotely controlling the holding means 21, 22, the holding means 21, 22, 28, 29 and the adjusting means 18, 19.
