PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield jack fixing structure which can eliminate a horizontal component force adversely affecting a segment. SOLUTION: The shield jack 10 is formed of a main body 10a and an expansion plunger 10b. The jack 10 is fixed via a pin 18 to a pedestal plate 16 which is rigidly arranged on an inner surface of a skin plate 14. The main body 10a has a ring garter 20 arranged at a longitudinal midpoint thereof, in which a peripheral portion of the jack body 10a is slidably fitted. The jack 10 fixing structure includes an interval holding mechanism 22 which is placed at a location separate from a shield machine body, and circumferentially connects the jacks 10 together. The interval holding mechanism 22 has an interval holding ring 22a, and a plurality of through-holes 22b. The ring 22a is set in the skin plate 14 in a floating manner such that a peripheral surface thereof is spaced a predetermined gap A from an inner peripheral surface of the skin plate 14. Further, the jack 10 is fixed to the ring 22a via a fixing plate 24.
