PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily finish a connecting part of a rooftop unit to a front face of a building unit, and to improve waterproofness. SOLUTION: This structure connects a balcony unit 20A to the front face of the building unit 10B. A rising part 27A of a waterproof layer 27 of the balcony unit 20A is continuously connected with a waterproof layer 16 arranged in a wall of the front face of the building unit 10B.
