PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural ground reinforcing construction method without requiring auxiliary material such as injectors and hoses, workers for operating pumps or charging chemical liquid, a number of injection tubes, or work space secured for preparation for injection. SOLUTION: In this natural ground reinforcing construction method, two-liquid mix type high polymer material obtained by mixing liquid A with liquid B is fed to an excavated hole 6 bored at least either of a top end and a working face of a tunnel to be injected into natural ground. A capsule type grouting container 1 comprising a first container to contain the liquid A and a second container containing the liquid B is prepared, and the capsule type grouting container 1 is disposed on the excavation hole 6. In this state, the capsule type grouting container 1 is pressed to break by a forepiling bolt 8, so that the liquid A is mixed with the liquid B to flow out of the capsule type grouting container 1 to be injected into the natural ground.
