PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic capable of restoring a condition of the skin as a chapped skin caused by active oxygen disturbance of the cell membrane. SOLUTION: This cosmetic comprises a glyceroglycolipid e.g. represented by the general formula (I) (wherein, R<1> and R<2> are each a 15-17C branched acyl).
