PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method and a temperature control device for controlling temperature per each commodity along a time base from pickup to delivery to secure the quality of commodities. SOLUTION: A reading means in a transporting process and a storage process records transportation routes A...G per each commodity, A transporting means provided with a storage house and a storage means provided with a storage house are specified in the transporting route, and temperature of the storage house is considered as commodity temperature. Commodity temperature is converted to a data along the time base. A control means stores the commodity data, the place data and the temperature data in a commodity control table and a graph.
