PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight and inexpensive cooler box which is used for a table in common, folded in a compact manner and suitable for leisure. SOLUTION: An upper lid flap 23 of a foldable square box formed of a lightweight packaging material with waterproofness and heat insulation is opened outwardly, a double-foldable top plate 3 having a door 33 is fixed to the square box 2 by a locking means 4, and a table is constituted with the square box 2 forming the cooler box as a supporting table so that articles can be placed on the top plate 3.
