PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multilayer electronic parts in which the sintering of an internal electrode layer is suppressed, and the insulation resistance of a dielectric layer is increased, and reliability in a high temperature load test can be improved, even when its thickness is thinned, and to provide a production method therefor. SOLUTION: In the multilayer electronic parts A obtained by alternatively laminating a plurality of dielectric layers 7 and a plurality of internal electrode layers 5, the thickness of the dielectric layer 7 is <=3 μm. Also, the dielectric layer 7 contains assistant components including Li and/or B, rare earth elements, and Si by 0.4 to 0.8 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the main components expressed by the compositional formula of 100BaTiO3 +xMgO+yMnO by molar ratio. |
