<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic fiber and a method of manufacturing the inorganic fiber having high strength, a main raw material of which is ash of incinerated refuse. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing inorganic fiber is characterized in that using the molten slag of incinerated ash as the saw material, the molten slag is stirred and separated into a metal ingredient and a slag ingredient by pouring the molten slag into a preserving furnace provided with an induction heating and stirring device, and the slag is made to flow down from the preserving furnace so as to be made into the fiber while controlling the ingredient of the slag.</p> |
