摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing copper powder which is suitable for composing electrically conductive paste contributable to the miniaturization of ceramic electronic parts copper powder, electrically conductive paste containing the same copper powder, and ceramic electronic parts in which a terminal electrode has been formed by using the same electrically conductive paste. SOLUTION: Copper carbonate containing acicular crystals or/and granular copper carbonate in which the central grain size measured by a laser diffraction method is #30μm, and which has voids of >=10% at the insides of the grains, and a reducing agent consisting of hydrazine or a hydrazine compound of 0.5 to 2 pts.wt. to 1 pts.wt. of the copper carbonate are mixed. This mixture is heated, so that copper powder is reduced and precipitated.
