PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facsimile equipment, capable of preventing substantial delays in actual transmission, even in the case of reading time range information and storing transmission time information. SOLUTION: Since image information is transmitted to a reception side, without storing the transmission time information (step 106), when time information is included in the range of the time range information (step 105), it is possible to reliably perform transmission within the range of the time range information, without user being aware of the time range information, and to prevent substantial delays in actual transmission in the facsimile equipment.
