PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible to easily smoothen wrinkles and fine wrinkles, allow to disappear fatigue spots, eliminate the sign of ageing, give a smooth skin showing a good health state, and give the immediate effect of a used active agent. SOLUTION: The use of a cosmetic composition containing fibers and at least one anti-ageing active agent for make-up and for camouflaging the defects of skin and treating the sign of the skin aging. And a composition used for topical applications contains fibers and at least one vitamin selected from vitamin C, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin D, and vitamin F, their derivatives, analogues, precursors, and their mixtures.
