PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device and an image forming device where curling of recording material after a heat processing can be corrected at low cost over a long period of time without disturbing the carrying function of the recording material such as damaging an image on the recording material. SOLUTION: In the device, guide members 21, 24 and 28 are provided with curved parts formed curved in the direction correcting the curling of sheet after the heat processing. In this case, in the guide member 28, a guide rib 23 which is a part of the curved part of the guide member 28 is constituted to be attachable/detachable.
