PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement or re-charge of a tape roll. SOLUTION: A cassette 3 is charged between a base 1 and an arm 2. The base 1 is equipped with a guide projection 15, while the arm 2 is equipped with a presser tube part 26 into which the guide projection 15 enters. The cassette 3 is equipped with a holding part 29 of the tape roll 300, a projecting guide part 31 bending and leading a release tape 301, a feed roller 32 and a holding frame 33 which holds a reinforcing seal 200 that begins to be released with bending of the release tape 301 by the projecting guide part 31, and also makes it get out downward by means of the presser tube part 26 in a state wherein the guide projection 15 is made to get into a hole portion 201 of the reinforcing seal 200 with a pushing-in operation of the arm 2. The holding frame 33 is equipped with a tension bar 39 which is formed on a slide 40 and makes the slide 40 push the release tape 301 against the outer peripheral part 32b of the feed roller 32 with a backward-moving operation of the slide 40.
