PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular folding seat that dispenses with preliminary disengagement of a headrest from a seat back. SOLUTION: An upper bracket 7 turns on two pivots 10a and 10b at opposite ends of intermediate links 10, so that a forward movement of a seat cushion 2 in a raised state is increased to keep the headrest 6 from interference with the undersurface of the raised seat cushion 2 even if the seat back 3 is folded forward with the headrest 6 kept mounted on the top.
