PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper mechanism capable of eliminating such an inconvenience as a door sash is flexible by controlling a lift of a window glass at a fully closing position of a side window of an automobile. SOLUTION: In a window regulator equipped with a guide rail 3 mounted to the lower end of the window glass 2, a lift arm 4a engaging one end with a roller 41 rolling inside of the guide rail 3, a base section 8 having a pivot 4d of the lift arm 4a and a driving mechanism 40 provided to the base section 8 and rotating the lift arm 4a with the pivot 4d as the center, the stopper mechanism 10 for controlling a rolling operation of the roller 41 is provided to the guide rail 3 in a state to make the lift arm 4a push the window glass 2 up to the fully closing position of directly before the fact. As a result, a further lift operation from the fully closing position of the window glass 2 is controlled, and the deformation of the door sash by the window glass 2 can be prevented.
