PURPOSE: A digital compression apparatus for a vehicle is provided to promote comfortable driving by performing digital compression on the driver's waist and preventing a stitch in driver's waist. CONSTITUTION: A digital compression apparatus for a vehicle comprises a sensor unit, a digital compression unit(20), and a controller(28). The sensor unit outputs pressure change, caused by a load of a driver when the driver seats on the driver's seat, into the adjustable resistance value and senses the state of taking a seat of the driver, with installed within a seat cushion. The digital compression unit performs digital compression on the driver's waist repeatedly with using a digital compression plate(24) and a solenoid(26), with installed within the back of the seat. The digital compression plate has plural digital compression protrusions(21). The controller receives the starting state of the vehicle and an output signal of the sensor unit, and controls operation of the digital compression unit.
