PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granulated powder used for obtaining a high-density sintered compact having smooth surface and luster, the above sintered compact using the granulated powder, and manufacturing methods therefor. SOLUTION: The granulated powder can be provided by temporarily sintering fine powder composed of metal or alloy and having <=30μm mean particle diameter and pulverizing the resultant agglomerated powder to <=350μm mean particle diameter. The sintered compact can also be provided by temporarily sintering the fine powder composed of metal or alloy and having <=30μm mean particle diameter, pulverizing the resultant agglomerated powder to <=350μm mean particle diameter, pressing the resultant granulated powder into prescribed shape, and then sintering the resultant green compact.
