PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs. SOLUTION: By supplying surplus oil of operating oil in a multi disk containing chamber R of a hydraulically operated wet type multiple disk clutch C, the wet type multiple clutch is cooled. For the sake of this, a shaft 26 is provided with a small diametric oil path z communicated with an operating oil supply path c and the multi disk containing chamber R which are formed in the shaft 26 working with the wet type multiple disk clutch C in such a manner that operating pressure is maintained.
