PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper frame of a simple structure. SOLUTION: This wiper frame 1 is a pipe type wiper frame made of a pipe member and capable of attaching wiper motor. A vehicle body fixing part 1d capable of being fixed on a vehicle body panel 70 with a vehicle body-fixing member 8 is formed at an end part of the wiper frame 1. A crush-formed flat surface part 1d2, a member insertion through hole 1d1 formed on the crush- formed flat surface part 1d2 and having a vehicle body fixing member 8 inserted therein, a pair of curved hollow tube parts 1d4 arranged around the crush- formed flat surface part 1d2, and an extension part continuously to be connected to the crush-formed flat surface part 1d2 and having a pair of notches formed at its bath sides are formed on the vehicle body fixing part 1d.
