PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device that can improve a feeling of use by jetting wash water in a prescribed direction from a first jet provided on the base end side of a nozzle head, and allowing the jetted wash water to stably hit the private parts with desired strength without dispersing too much. SOLUTION: In this sanitary washing device, wash water flowing in a first channel 45 formed at the lower part of a nozzle head 42 changes the flow direction almost upward to a first jet 451 from the lower part of the nozzle head 42 and is jetted from the first jet 451. A section from the lower part of the nozzle head 42 to the upper face of the nozzle head 42 provided with the first jet 451, can thereby be taken longish, and the flow turbulence of wash water can be sufficiently suppressed in the terminus 452 of the first channel 45 which is the longish section.
