PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for coping with abnormal leakage of electric waves of an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus is installed close to an electronic apparatus (not shown), and a receiving unit 2 receives leakage waves from the electronic apparatus by means of an antenna 1. A signal output from the receiving unit 2 is given to a detection unit 3, where a signal is produced according to the power of received waves. The signal is given to a level comparator 4, where it is compared with a predetermined threshold; and if any abnormal leakage of electric waves is detected from the electronic apparatus, a binary signal of level '1' is produced. When the binary signal has a level '1', an alarm 7 is operated by a controller 5 to issue alarms.
