PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous hydraulic cylinder capable of being synchronously operated by a low operation force even when up operation is effected by using a manual pump and being synchronously operated even by using no blow valve. SOLUTION: In the synchronous hydraulic cylinder device 20, a cylinder 31 of a first hydraulic cylinder device 20A is provided with a first port 39, opened to a chamber 36B on the head side during extension to full length of the first hydraulic cylinder device 20A and communicating the chamber 36B on the head side with a chamber 56B on the head side of a second hydraulic cylinder device 20B through hydraulic piping 72. A cylinder 51 of the second hydraulic cylinder device 20B is provided with a second port 59 opened the chamber 56B on the head side during extension to its full length of the second hydraulic cylinder device 20B communicating the chamber 56B on the head side with a reservoir oil chamber 61.
