PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure or the like of the end-section joint section of a metallic pipe material in which appearance can be improved without exposing a welding section to the side, a pipe material for reinforcement and a pipe material body are welded without labor and corrosion on the inside can be prevented. SOLUTION: The internal pipe material 3 for reinforcement is fitted at the end section of the pipe material body 2 so that the place of the outer-end of the pipe material 3 is retracted to the side inner than the place of the outer end of the pipe material body 2, and the end section of the pipe material body 2 is flattened including even the internal pipe material 3. The inside of a recess at the outer end of the flat end section 2a of the pipe material body 2 is welded W, the pipe material body 2 and the internal pipe material 3 are joined and unified by the welding W, and the outer end of the flat end section 2a of the pipe material body 2 is closed under a sealed state.
