PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of drying in a short time without causing defectiveness such as overdrying and congestion of the buttocks. SOLUTION: This sanitary washing device is provided with a nozzle driving means 25 for moving a washing means 17 with washing nozzles 23, 24 in the longitudinal and lateral directions of a human body, and a compressed air supply means 40 for removing stuck water drops by applying intermittent pneumatic operation toward the private parts of the human body from the washing nozzles 23, 24 after washing the private parts. The water drops stuck to the private parts of the human body can thereby be effectively removed by the intermittent pneumatic operation, and the water drops can be removed in a wide range since the jet position can be changed by the nozzle driving means 25. As a result, drying can be performed in a short time without causing defect such as overdrying.
