PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean a portion between a toilet bowl upper face and the back face of a case plate of a warm water washing toilet seat body to keep it clean. SOLUTION: A cleaning mechanism for cleaning the portion between the toilet bowl upper face 1 and the back face of the case plate 8 of the warm water washing toilet seat body is provided to clean the stuck dirt of urine or the like entering a space between the toilet bowl upper face 1 and the back face of the case plate 8 of the warm water washing toilet seat body to keep it clean. The toilet bowl upper face 1 is inclined toward a toilet bowl part 1a to allow water after washing the toilet bowl upper face 1 to flow down. The front face of a case cover 2 extended toward the bowl part is hung down lower than an extension line of the toilet bowl upper face 1. The urine and wastes that scattered when washing private parts are thereby restrained from entering the space between the toilet bowl upper face 1 and the case plate 8 of the warm water washing toilet seat body.
