BUSINESS CARD INFORMATION DIGITIZATION USING SCANNER AND COMPUTER AND MANAGEMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: A business card information digitization using a scanner and a computer and a management method thereof are provided to omit inconvenience and trouble of a conventional memo type or a business card collector. CONSTITUTION: A user(40) scans a business card by a scanner(10) and then the scanned image is stored(20) to one's own PC as an image file. The stored image file is stored to the Internet(50) according to user's Internet transmission commend and then stored to an Internet server(60) for managing the business card. The stored business card image files is transmitted(70) to a manual wordprocessing worker(90) through the Internet server(70). The worker makes the received image files into text data by a word processing working and then transmits(80) the text data to the Internet server(70).
