PURPOSE: A water saving device for a toilet bowl is provided to economize water and to produce/manufacture with simple structure and low expenses. CONSTITUTION: The water saving device for a toilet bowl(A) comprises a drain-outlet(1) connected to a drainpipe(10) under a toilet bowl(A), a cylinder(20) having a built-in spring(21) on the rear end of the drainpipe(10) corresponding to the drain-outlet(1), a working stand(30) provided with a piston(31) and a contact piece(33) and installed between the drainpipe(10) and the cylinder(20), a cylindrical pressure inflow pipe(40) installed on the upper end of the cylinder(20), a pressuring piston(42) provided with a working lever(41), and an operating piece(45) having a spring(46) under the pressuring piston(42).
