PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for watching time with mobile station in calling is provided so that a user can confirm the present hour through his mobile terminal in the middle of telephone conversation. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user pushes a menu key at a traffic mode and selects an item to confirm the hour(300), a control part judges whether the user's selection is to see the present hour(302). If it is judged that the user's selection is to see the present hour, the control part interrupts the present operation(304). Then the control part controls a display part so as to display the present hour, instead of the presently displayed content(306).
