PURPOSE: An Internet site URL(Uniform Registration Locator) registration method and a system thereof are provided to perform a real time auction through an Internet environment when registering the Internet site URL in a mobile communication company and register the URL of the Internet site presenting the optimum condition. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal capable of using a wireless Internet service is connected to a server(40) of the mobile communication company through a wireless network(20) and a gateway(30). Internet contents providers(CP1-CPn) and mobile portals(80) providing various internet services is connected to the server(40) through an Internet network(60). A database(50) is installed to the server(50) separately or integrally. The server(40) may be constructed by a menu operation server(41) for managing the Internet menu service and an auction server(42) for registering the URL of the Internet site presenting the optimum condition.
