PURPOSE: An online authentication and circulation system of a game software is provided to offer online authentication, circulation and accounting system of the game software. CONSTITUTION: In the system, an execution file and an authentication key are made integrally. The system includes an authentication program and an execution program. By the authentication program, a user's device is automatically connected to an authentication site through his/her device connected to a network and transmitted an authentical key. After confirming the success of authentication, a game is executed by the execution program. When it is fair, a program produces and transmits an authentication key for executing the user's program and when it is unfair, the program transmits a rejection message. A program records a kind and use time of a game used by the user.
