PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop cracking of ceramics by reducing a temperature gradient generated on the outside surface of a sensor element. SOLUTION: A heat-conducting layer 51 is overlaid at least in a predetermined region on at least one outside surface of this sensor element 10, and the heat-conducting layer 51 has thermal conductivity higher than that of a material of the outside surface of the sensor element 10. |
