PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small attaching/detaching mechanism which will not damage an operator's clothing. SOLUTION: In a lock position and an unlock position, the protruding part 23d of a lever 23 drops into the recess part of a base 22 and assumes a stable condition. To remove the lever 23 from that position, the protruding part 23d of the lever 23 must be brought onto the surface of the base 22 from the recess part of the base 22. In other words, the lever 23 must be elastically deformed. Thus, the lever 23 will not move unless an operating force is applied to the lever 23 from the outside. When the lever 23 is operated to move from the lock position to the unlock position or vice versa, the lever 23 is elastically deformed and the resistance of the lever 23 to sliding against the base 22 is sufficiently high to provide a good operating feel.
|
