PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsaturated polyester resin having a, good transparency, weather resistance, discoloration resistance and sufficient curability to obtain required molding-workability and moldability even in open molding and a molded article using the same. SOLUTION: The unsaturated polyester resin composition consists of (A) 100 pts.wt. unsaturated polyester containing a reaction product of dicyclopentadiene with maleic acid and a group derived from maleic acid (cis group) having transition ratio to a group derived from fumaric acid (trans group) of 60-95%, (B) 0.5-80 pts.wt. polymer containing a (meth)acryloyl group and (C) 10-180 pts.wt. polymerizable monomer, and the molded article uses this resin composition. |
