PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a uniform printed matter having a specified film thickness easily. SOLUTION: The ink jet recorder 100 comprises means 402 for extracting the outline part and the solid print part separately based on print data 401, and means 403 executing processing of outline data based on the extracted outline data. Processed outline data is delivered to a print means 404 where printing of outline is executed and then a solidifying means 405 is driven to solidify the outline. On the other hand, print data at the solid part extracted by the extracting means 402 is delivered to a solid data processing means 406 where processing of solid data is executed. Processed solid data is delivered to a print means 407 and printed as the solid part in the outline and the solid part is subjected to solidification processing by a solidification means 408.
