PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably form an H-shape beryllium frame member into a specific shape, without causing lack of it, during the flattening or drilling process. SOLUTION: After taking a material from a hot press block of beryllium, four-step processing consisting of coarse processing, primary medium-finishing, secondary medium-finishing and final finishing are applied.
