PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit the revolution output of a motor, even if an elastic body has fallen out, in transmitting the revolution output of the motor to a reduction unit via the elastic body. SOLUTION: A first engagement part 51A of a holder 5A is connected to one end of the elastic body 6A, and a second engagement part 72A of a first pinion gear 7A is connected to the other end. The first engagement part 51A is formed with an extension part 53A for covering the elastic body 6A, and an engagement recessed part 54 is integrally formed with a tip of the extension part. The second engagement part 71A is formed with a cover part 73A extended from a bottom part 72A, and an engagement projecting part 74A, to be engaged with the engagement recessed part 54a of the tip is connected to the cover part with a space. Even if the elastic body 6 falls out in the worst case, the revolution output of the motor 3 is transmitted to the reduction gear side via the engagement recessed part 54A and the engagement projecting part 74A.
