PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lead a cooling operation to a stable operation state while avoiding mixing of gas refrigerant that is a cause of a trouble of liquid refrigerant conveyance means in a cooling operation that utilizes only cold heat stored in a heat storage tank of a heat storage freezing cycle and the liquid refrigerant conveyance means. SOLUTION: A liquid refrigerant is supplied to a suction inlet of liquid refrigerant conveyance means by operating a compressor before the liquid refrigerant conveyance means is started to fill the means with the liquid refrigerant, and then the liquid refrigerant conveyance means is started.
