PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely achieve waterproof effects between a panel and a male screw member, and easily conduct fastening work for a female screw member to the male screw member. SOLUTION: In this waterproof structure 31, the female screw member 11 is fastened via a packing member 33 and a plate washer member 35 to the male screw member 5, penetrating an insertion hole 3 in the panel 1, and the washer member 35 is provided with a washer body 23 to be inserted to the male screw member 5, a slide contact surface 25 formed on one surface side of the washer body 23 to slide to be in contact with the female screw member 11 to be pressed, and a pressure surface 27 formed on the other surface side of the washer body 23 to press the packing member 33. A positioning and extension regulating part 51 is provided to position the female screw member 11, fastened to the male screw member 5 to a specified fastening position and regulate the extension of the packing member 33 pressed by the pressure surface 27 from the center side toward the outer circumferential side.
