PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor having a compact structure and capable of reducing the number of part items and assembly manhours. SOLUTION: Through-holes 12a are formed in a fixed scroll comprising a fixed scroll spiral body 1a and a fixed scroll base plate 1b, a first frame 6 and a stator 5. Bolts 12 are inserted into the through-holes 12a, and the fixed scroll comprising the spiral body 1a and the base plate 1b, the first frame 6 and the stator 5 are caught between a second frame 7 and a muffler 8 and bolted together.
