PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel body displaying extremely high strength and being used for building a house and the house built by the panel body. SOLUTION: In the panel body for building the house in which recessed grooves 2 are extended at inner places by a fixed distance from the surfaces of opposed external materials 1 in the internal surfaces 1a of the external materials, a plate member 3 is installed between the external materials 1 and both end sections of the plate member 3 are inserted into the recessed grooves 2, bulging sections 4 are formed to the internal surfaces 1a of the external materials 1, and the recessed grooves 2 are formed to the bulging sections 4.
