PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink head in which ink ejected from a plurality of nozzles provided in one ink chamber can be recorded on a recording medium without touching ink ejected from an adjacent nozzle during flight. SOLUTION: The ink head 10 comprises an ink head module 20 having a plurality of ink chambers 21 along the longitudinal direction thereof, and a nozzle plate 30 providing nozzles 31 and 31' on the side (front side) of each ink chamber facing a recording medium. The nozzle 31 has an opening area larger than that of the nozzle 31' on the side opposite to the side facing the recording medium. According to such a constitution, ink is ejected from the nozzle 31 at a higher flight speed than the ink ejected from the nozzle 31'.
