SOLUTION: This sleeve fixing tool for fixing the sleeve 200 onto the piping hole 110 formed in the precast concrete 100 is provided with a lock piece 1 to be locked with the inner wall of the piping hole 110, presser members 4, 5 and 6 arranged over the sleeve 200 to push the sleeve 200 from above, and a support shaft 2 for connecting the lock piece 1 and the presser members 4, 5 and 6 to each other.
