PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve horizontal yield strength of pipe columns of the upper floor with the simple constitution. SOLUTION: A beam 2 installed between columns 1 is divided into plural divided beams 3 in the lengthwise direction. Lower end parts of the pipe columns 4 of the upper floor are interposed between side end parts of the adjacent divided beams 3, and the side end parts of the divided beams 3 and the lower end parts of the pipe columns 4 of the upper floor are fixed by fixtures 5.
