ADDITIVE FOR RECYCLING WASTE PAPER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING RECYCLED PAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both an additive for recycling waste paper capable of improving bulkiness and oil absorbency and a method for producing a sheet of recycled paper by which the sheet of recycled paper having high bulkiness and excellent oil absorbency can simply be produced. SOLUTION: This additive for recycling the waste paper is characterized as comprising a condensate obtained by reacting a specific amine compound with urea in a molar amount of 0.1-1.5 times based on the amine compound. The method for producing the recycled paper is characterized by adding the additive for recycling the waste paper in an amount of 0.03-8 wt.% based on a waste paper pulp to the waste paper pulp.
