PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sub step structure in a high deck cab for facilitating getting on/off of a driver, in the high deck cab where a ground clearance of a floor surface provided with an ABC pedal of a driving operation is higher than a usual floor for installing an engine. SOLUTION: The floor surface 9 provided with the ABC pedal 10 or the like is higher than the ground clearance of the floor 8 for receiving a seat 15 for the driver. The upper surface of a step plate 6 disposed on a side-edge 3 side of the floor 8 is provided with a sub-step plate 1 at the same level as that of the floor 8. The driver can smoothly gets on or off using the sub-step plate 1 and the step plate 6 in getting on/off.
