PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch using a roller wherein a spring used for assisting the operation by energizing the roller solves such problems as hindrances to assembling work and downsizing of the one-way clutch, which lead to miniaturization. SOLUTION: The one-way clutch is provided with a required number of pockets 7 accommodating a roller 2 on the inside diameter surface of an outer ring 1 as the predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction, a cam surface 8 inclined to one way which is provided on the bottom of respective pockets, the wedge-shaped space 9 formed between the cam surface 8 and the outer diameter surface of a shaft 6 inserted through the outer ring 1, and an operation member 3 assisting operation of the roller 2 accommodated in the pocket. While the operation member 3 is formed by an annular part 14 fitted with the predetermined rotational torque to the shaft 6 and an arm part 15 provided to the annular part 14. The arm part 15 is inserted between the end of an expanded part of the respective pockets 7 and the roller 2. |
