<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve using a simple constitution, capable of setting a pressure of an input flow passage to a constant pressure regardless of a flow rate of a fluid flowing in from the input flow passage. SOLUTION: An oil passage 104, capable of communicating an oil passage 100 with an oil passage 103, is formed on a periphery of a small-diameter part 23. A through oil passage 105, capable of communicating the oil passage 100 with an oil passage 102, is formed such that is obliquely penetrates through a large diameter part 24 toward one direction of a reciprocative motion direction. A reciprocation movement position of a spool 21 is determined by the balance of a force received by an end part 25 from an oil pressure of an oil passage 107, a force received by an end part 26 from an oil pressure of an oil passage 107 and an energizing force of a spring 28. When an amount of oil delivered from an oil pump 10 to a line-pressure control valve 20 through the oil passage 100 is increased and the spool 21 is moved in the right direction by a predetermined amount or more, the amount of oil which flows from the oil passage 100 to the oil passage 102 is restricted to a fixed amount by the through oil passage 105.</p> |
